Come and explore our
We see our children and families as part of one big community. Here’s what some of our families had to say about their experience at Beaconsfield Kinder.
Kinder Readiness Program
"Our March born child wasn't ready for 4-year-old kinder but seemed much older than the children attending the 3-year-old program. The Kinder Readiness program allowed him to learn with children his own age. He's now well placed to thrive when he goes to school rather than just keep up. We couldn't recommend this program more highly".
–Bush Kinder Program – Woods Street
“We feel so lucky that our son and by extension our family have had the opportunity to be involved in the first year of the Bush Kinder program. He is so excited to tell us what they have been doing after each outing and the new discoveries with his class mates. You couldn’t find more passionate, enthusiastic and involved educators who put so much effort into this program.”
–Bush Kinder program – O’Neil Road
“My Daughter is currently enrolled with the Bush Kinder program and is loving it!! Her favourite days are when it’s been pouring with rain and her friends are able to jump in the puddles, play new games that they wouldn’t normally be able to do on a sunny day. When I pick her up, it’s not just her and her friends’ smiles that I see, but the teachers as well. What she is experiencing and learning is so valuable and I can’t thank the Kinder and her wonderful teachers enough for introducing this program for our children.”
–Bush Kinder program – Wood Street
“We feel so lucky to have Bush Kinder on offer at Beaconsfield Kinder. It’s such a natural and creative way for kids to learn. They get to experience old fashioned, outdoor play in local natural environments. Our daughter looks forward to it each week! Plus they look so cute in their red waterproof outfits!”
-4-year-old – O’Neil Road
“With my eldest son starting 4-year-old kinder, I was daunted by the task of finding a kinder that would suit his needs and put in him good stead to transition to school. After seeing the nurturing educators and modern facilities at O’Neil Road, any concerns I had were put to rest. With a play-lead education program which suits the needs of my son and my family schedule, I couldn’t recommend Beaconsfield Kinder enough.”
–4-year-old – O’Neil Road
“I first became involved with Beaconsfield Kindergarten in 2017 when my son attended the 4yo program at O’Neil Road campus across a 3 day timetable. Now in 2019 my daughter is at the O’Neil Road campus participating in two long days (something newly offered this year). Both my children have, and are receiving exceptional care and education through the play-based learning program. This truly is a community kindergarten, not only do the staff provide amazing knowledge and genuine enjoyment in getting to know each individual child while helping them develop and learn, but staff really do get to know the families and have care and compassion for their wellbeing. I am so glad we chose a community run kindergarten for the experience and opportunities it has provided both our children.”

“It was so nice today to share some time at kinder watching the children interact with each other so well. Everyone enjoyed their time outside even though it wasn’t the warmest. It was great to have some one on one time with my daughter. She loved taking me around the playground and showing me all the things she gets to enjoy while at kinder. Being able to come into kinder throughout the term is a highlight. Thanks for the opportunity to share this time with Opal Group.”

“Today I spent the afternoon at Joeys Group (3yo kinder). I was amazed by how cooperative they were, despite their short attention spans! Mrs O and Mrs Hancock were just beautiful, so kind, nurturing and patient! The children seem so at ease and comfortable being with them. I was glad to see what amazing experiences and care he is receiving while he’s away from us.”
